1. With the medical prescription, can I be exempt from the Federal and Provincial taxe?

2. What are the advantages from having an account at Jonick?

You do not have to have an account to browse our website or even when buying online. However, when exempting federal and provincial taxes, it is important to have an account with Jonick. It is highly recommended to create an account in order to avoid any form of error especially when entering your personal information for shipping In addition, having an account will allow you to receive emails about our exclusive news and promotions. You can also view your order history.

3. Can I use my credit card securely?

Absolutely! Jonick takes online shopping very seriously and strives for maximum security at all times. Our site automatically protects your online transactions and remains secret thanks to the SSL and Stripe Payement Getway. Please note that if you do not feel comfortable shopping online, we will be happy to process your requests during our business hours either by phone or email.

4. Are your clothe compatible for uses in commercials washing and drying machine?

Yes. When making our clothing, we always make sure to choose materials that are resistant to washing and drying by commercial machines.

5. Do clothes shrink or change colour when washing?

Like normal clothing purchased in a large store chain, some fabrics can shrink by plus or minus ten percent (10%) when dried in a machine. That said, during the first drying, your garment could lose an inch and a half (1 1 2 in) or two point five centimeters (2.5 cm). We therefore suggest that you avoid shortening the clothing following the purchase and wait for a wash before making any size adjustments. The materials at risk of shrinkage are: knitting, wadding, polyester, cotton and flannel. It is also very important to note that if you buy a coloured garment, do not wash it with bleaching agents and do not wash your white garments with your coloured garments.

6. Are the clothes guaranteed?

Yes. When it is a manufacturing defect or a defect in the fabric, Jonick guarantees the majority of its clothing including coveralls. You have ten (10) business days to request a refund or exchange. It is very important to note the return conditions.

7. Do you have a size guide to find the right sizes? And are they the same sizes as regular clothing?

Yes, we have a size guide to find the perfect size you are looking for. You can find this guide under the Sizes Guide tab. Note that suitable clothing is considered normal clothing with adjustments for illness or disability making dressing easier and painless. That said, these are the same measures as regular clothing.

8. Do you create custom clothing?

Yes! Jonick has an exceptional seamstress on his team. This one is available to create clothes of all types and all kinds under various sizes. However, allow one (1) month of waiting between the request and the delivery of the product. During busy periods, the delay may be longer than normal. We will inform you before the start of the design of the garment, if this is the case. Please note that we also offer a repair and adjustment service on request. Just as for the unique creation of a garment, there may be a slight delay.

9. How to order on our website?

To order your items, you have two (2) options: 1) When you see an item you like, select your size and add it to the trolley using the add to trolley button. You will then see a number added in the basket icon at the top right of the site. As soon as your shopping is done, click on the cart icon and choose the option viewed the merchandise placed in the cart or go to the checkout to finalize your purchase. Then you will be able to pay with your account linked to Jonick or as a guest. 2) If the virtual method is not for you, you can call us and we will be happy to help you with your order.

10. Why do I have to provide my personal information?

The data collected by Jonick when creating your account is intended for us and is necessary to manage your orders. It is therefore important to provide your telephone number as well as address in order to facilitate any fluidity during a purchase.
